The patient initiates the process by booking an appointment with Dr. Lau. This can be done via our website, email, or Whatsapp.

After successfully booking the appointment, the patient receives a confirmation email with appointment details.

Within the confirmation email, the patient will find a link to a new patient questionnaire. Additionally, for security and verification purposes, we kindly ask the patient to upload a clear photo of their ID within the new patient questionnaire. The patient's uploaded photo ID will be securely stored for verification purposes in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

For video appointments, click the link in the confirmation email to join the video call. Dr. Lau will be waiting for you on the call.

If you've chosen a telephone appointment, Dr. Lau will call you at the scheduled time. There's no need for you to initiate the call; just be ready to receive it.

During the scheduled video appointment, the patient can discuss their health concerns, ask questions, and receive medical advice or treatment recommendations from Dr. Lau.

Depending on the nature of the appointment, Dr. Lau may recommend follow-up appointments, prescribe medications, order tests, or provide further guidance for the patient's healthcare journey.

Once the consultation is complete, Dr. Lau may provide the patient with any necessary documentation, such as a prescription, referral letter, sick note or a summary of the appointment.
